Inquiry #2: The quantity for Bid Item 67 Rail Element Wall looks to be way overstated. With 2 locations one 250' in length and the other 375' in length this would mean the guardrail panels would be stacked 10 panels high. So unless you are paying the for the full depth of the W6x15x10' posts this should be much lower.

Please also provide more details on how the W-Beam Elements are to be nested. The Rail Element Wall details shown are very different than what is typically bid so please provide more detail. Details say the height varies from 0-2' but shows 4-1/2 guardrail panels on drawing.
