Inquiry #2: In the specs section 20-2.14C Construction it states "install the temporary irrigation system as shown on the authorized drawings..." Can't locate the temporary irrigation system on the plans, where can they be found? Please advice.

Inquiry #4: There is approximately 11,000 cy of roadway excavation that is classified as "unregulated earth material", having trace amounts of lead, we have contacted several property owners in the humboldt county area and have been told that the county will not allow for the "unregulated earth material" (having trace amounts of lead) to be disposed of in Humboldt County. There are no Class III or Class II landfills in humboldt county to take the material to. Can the state designate a disposal site for this material?
