Inquiry #1: Did cal-trans intentionally leave out the new pavement markers on this project? There is an item to remove 76,700 existing markers but no item to install new RPMs. Also is there any traffic contrast stripe black paint on this project or not?

Inquiry #2: In the Expedite Bid, the Additional Subcontractor List #2 and #3 show up as Red Folders when nothing has been typed within those fields. Please advise if I will be able to submit a bid if these folders continue to show as red.
