Inquiry #2: Bid item #43 "Asphalt Binder ( Geosynthetic Pavement Interlayer )" has a quantity of 16 tons, with 940 SQYD of Paving Grid (Item #44) this would only need 1 to 2 tons of Binder.
Please review the quantity, and correct as needed.
