Inquiry #2: The quantities shown on DQ-1 for Drainage Systems 1 & 2 show (2) each for Remove Culvert as well as (1) each for Abandon Culvert (along with sand backfill qtys). What portions of the culverts are to be removed under the Remove Culvert (Ea) Item for DS-1 & DS-2?

Inquiry #3: Bid item 59 and 60. HDPE pipeliner.

DR 32.5 HDPE pipeliner is the standard material for 24" and 42" diameter that is manufactured locally. Would DR 32.5 rated pipeliner comply with the design parameters of this project?

Inquiry #4: Special provisions 71-3.07A(3) says:
"Grout the annular space between the the pipeliner and culvert."
The next sentence says:
"Annular space grouting between the pipeliner and culvert is not required."
Which statement takes holds true?
