Inquiry #2: 1) The quantity stated for Location 21- Ditch Excavation on Sheet Q-1 appears much greater than shown on the plan and profile Sheet (DS-21). Can you please verify the 80cy quantity for this location?
2) Where can we find what concrete surfaces are to be Prepared and Sealed for Item 75?

Response #2:(BI#2)-An addenda #1 was issued on 10/8/2020. Also, please refer to the permits in the Information Handout for the following description of work: The project includes work at ephemeral and intermittent streams. No perennial streams would be affected by this work. See SSP 13-12.01C(1) Temporary Creek Diversion System Plan for one location where cast in place concrete surfaces may be exposed to flowing stream or creek water as described in the SSP 78-4.09 Cure Concrete. Item 2.20 of the California Department of Fish and Wildlife PLAC contains construction requirements for water that comes into contact with uncured concrete. After curing cast in place concrete surfaces, as described in SSP 78-4.09, water may come into contact with the concrete.

Inquiry #3: On sheet Q-1 it appears that the available embankment is generated by the ditch excavation. If the ditch excavation quantity is reduced, will the import barrow quantity be increased?

Inquiry #4: Where can we find the specifications or requirements for Item 65- Culvert Contact Grouting? The Standard Specification reserves the section, and we can't find where the special provisions address it.
