Inquiry #1: We have found no pipe suppliers from Houston to Portland that can produce bid item 36 for drainages 4.30 and 5.14 as called out in the alternative pipe culvert table on sheet DQ-3 of the plans. A 0.138 CSS Composite Steel Spiral Rib Pipe. Also no suppliers understand what a composite pipe is. Please advise us on how to bid item #36.

Inquiry #2: Bid item 39 calls for 30" Welded Steel Pipe with a 0.500" wall thickness for the trenchless pipe installation at Drainage System 4.30. The Alternative pipe Culvert table on Plan Sheet DQ-3 list the only pipe option at Drainage System 4.30 as 0.138" Composite Steel Spiral Rib Pipe. Please advise which is correct.
