Inquiry #2: There are a total of 82 MRI segments above a 135 MRI, and Cal Trans design for FULL WIDTH SEGMENT CORRECTION AND PARTIAL WIDTH SEGMENT CORRECTION only addresses 31 of them .

Does Cal Trans think the following design for SEGMENT CORRECTIONS in the bid item list along with the 4 foot wide pavement failure area repairs is sufficient enough to meet the Specifications for MRI and Area of Localized roughness ?

Will Cal Trans be adding anymore SEGMENT corrections to address smoothness concerns?
