Inquiry #1: Traffic Chart K5 requires 24/7 continuous flagging from 3-1-2023 until 8-1-2023 (or for however long Stages 1 and 2 last).

There are no bid items for a temporary signal system. AFADs require personnel on-site to operate.

Will a temporary portable signal system be allowed? Or is 24/7 manned flagging a strict requirement for the Cow Creek Bridge?

Inquiry #2: Morgan Road Over-crossing Location 8 has four concrete barrier transitions to be build and installed. But there is no temporary protection shown in the plans for this locations. How the does the state foresee protecting these barrier transitions during construction.
