Inquiry #1: As per section 2 Bidding, Sheet 13 of the specials, it is stated in Supplemental Project Information, that a Digital Terrain model in 3-D DGN or LandXML as well as a Digital design model in LandXML would be made available. However on the pull down under Notice to Bidders and Special Provisions of downloadable files the only XML Files available are for project alignments with no elevation data such as centerline, edge of pavement, etc. Can the existing ground surface and digital design model with elevation data in XML format be added to the pull down under Notice to Bidders and Special Provisions.

Inquiry #10: The CIPP lining specification section 71-3.08B(1) says that at location 87, the minimum wall thickness for the CIPP is 2 inches or the minimum thickness shown in the authorized installation plan, whichever is greater. This will require the CIPP installed in the 30" diameter pipe to be, at a minimum, over 50mm thick, which is too thick for this diameter of CIPP and will not be possible to install. We will be unable to quote the CIPP lining on this project if this minimum thickness requirement is not removed from the specifications or reduced to something more feasible like 0.76 inches.
