Inquiry #1: in reference to bid item #44 Geosynthetic Reinforced Embankment, I have checked with American made Geogrid companies regarding the requirement for the Biaxial Geogrid, all have said that they do not make a Biaxial with a LTDS as high as 1,540. is it possible that the 1,540 requirement is for Ultimate Strength and not LTDS?
