Inquiry #2: 1. What item are the flashing beacons paid under?
2.Finish grade is shown as 3' below bottom of deck on the viaduct. Structure excavation (Bridge) does not appear to include this quantity of work. Under what item is this excavation paid?

1. The flashing beacons shown on sheets CS-1, E-1, ED-2, and EQ-1 are temporary and are paid under the item "Portable Temporary Signal System". Please refer to section 12-3.40 of the Special Provisions.
2. Please bid per the current contract documents.
