Inquiry #2: Section 14 states that "No access below the top of existing stream bank is allowed."
Access is necessary to construct containment for bridge demo.
Access is necessary to construct form work for new overhang.
No information is provided to determine the location of the top of existing stream bank in relation to the work.
Please clarify.

Inquiry #3: Bid Item 32, Minor Concrete (Minor Structure) reflects 1 CY for the pay item and is a final qty, (F). This item is short and will require at least 12-13 Cubic yards. Please see drawing ED-9 and this detail is applicable to 3 different locations of work. Each location will require 4 CY of minor concrete based upon the detail.
