Inquiry #2: The lane closure charts state that " No vehicles with 2 or more axles may enter/exit the work area..." Every vehicle has 2 axles. Was it your intent to state "No vehicles with more than 2 axles may enter/exit the work area" or are you stating that no vehicles may enter/exit the work area between the hours shown on the lane closure chart.

Inquiry #3: Drainage System #6 seems to be lacking some detail. The layout as shown on sheet #6 of 65 is missing some details with regards to what currently exists in the planned location. It appears that the run of pipe sits in alignment with an existing rolled curb & gutter. However, there is no details or bid items that deal with the sawcut, removal, or replacement of the curb & gutter, as well as the HMA patching. Please take a look at this, and give some direction.

Inquiry #5: Please clarify seed mix rates for Erosion Control Type 1 and Type 2. Two different application rates are listed and only one seed mix is provided. In addition, sheet ECL-1 references Sheet EC-3, which is not included in the plan set. Please advise.

Inquiry #7: There are some discrepancies on the Drainage Quantities Sheets with regards to what is shown on the plans, and what is shown in the description area. Drainage Systems 3-K, 4-A, and 8-F have conflicting information with regards to pipe sizes, and amounts. Please review and clarify.

Inquiry #9: Layout Sheets L-1 and L-2 (sheets 4 & 5 of the plans) make reference to a "Biofiltration Strip". This work seems to be displayed prominently. However, I cannot find any details on it, nor can I find anything on the quantities sheets. Please clarify what work if any is to be done in these areas.

Inquiry #11: Currently pole procurement is approximately 20-22 weeks after submittal approval. The project does not seem to have sufficient time to accommodate the entire submittal, procurement and installation process. Please clarify.
