Inquiry #2: Good morning. Has AASHTO M326 culvert repair method been considered for bid item 33? It looks like a great candidate for the structural slip line solution that doesn't rely on the shape of the existing deteriorated structure and provides 100 year+ life span. Thank you.

Inquiry #3: Hwy 70 is closed 0.2 miles east of Jarbo Gap to 4.4 miles past Quincy due to the Dixie fire. This road closure does not allow us to visit the second site. Will the bid opening be postponed until there is access?
