Inquiry #2: Sheet Q-1 states there is 1,740 CY of Replace AC Surfacing. Below the chart, there is a note that states exact limits to be determined by the engineer. Without knowing the total approximate quantity of locations (Digouts), dimensions, and where those digouts fall within the project limits, it is impossible to have representative bids. Please provide additional details on the size, quantity, and location of the Replace AC Surfacing Item.

Inquiry #3: The plans for GR are showing reconstruct GR ( steel posts). Wanting to confirm that reconstruct is not for Midwest GR. Midwest GR needs the rail punched at 3'1.5 spacing not 6'3" like the style up now. Reconstruct is to reuse rail and put new posts and blocks in. I assume we are installing the reconstruct at the 29" GR?
