Refer to Section 7-1.04 "Public Safety" of the Standard Specifications. Also, "North Region Construction requires recessing for plates placed for any duration on a roadway with posted speed limit of 55mph(or greater) OR plates placed for a duration of greater than 24 hours."

Inquiry #2: With over 15 miles between culvert crossing locations on highway 45 in Glenn County alone will Caltrans reconsider and allow more than one lane closure and increase the distance to 1 mile per closure?
