Inquiry #1: Can you please check the accuracy of your PPF data for NB Lane #4?

1. The MRI's are considerably high compared to that of the other lanes which is causing the deduction to be extremely high (in the $100,000) based on certain percentage of improvement.

2. The second portion of the #4 Aux lane starts from Fulton Ave and ends at the 244 Ramp cut off. That section is only about 3300 LF. Not sure how you came up with over 1.5 miles of data for that section?

Inquiry #2: There is not a bid item for street sweeping (item code 130730) or mobilization (item code 999990). How will the Contractor be paid for these items? Please revise bid schedule.
