Inquiry #2: Please excuse my ignorance, but I need clarification of Bid Items 7 & 8. I saw no reference in the Special Provisions. I don't know how to address the items. I would appreciate assistance.

Your attention is directed to the Standard Specifications. Item 7 is covered under section 20-10.02C(2) Check and Test Existing Irrigation Facilities, and
Item 8 is Covered under section 20-10.02C(3) Operate Existing Irrigation Facilities.
