Inquiry #5: On the Informational Handout, General Provisions, Disposal, states "fell and leave boles in areas where material physically can't be reached, slopes are too steep, or sensitive resource concerns" indicating some boles may be left. Will this be up to the contractor's judgement to determine which boles should stay on location?
