Response #2:(BI#1)-Earthwork is included in the cost of bid item no. 27, SLOPE PAVING (PEA GRAVEL, STONE VENEER). Please reference the first paragraph of Section 72-1.03 of the Standard Specifications which states “Earthwork must comply with Section 19".
