Inquiry #2: The project Bid Item List does not include an item for Temporary Drainage Inlet Protection. The WPCP will require drainage inlet protection for approximately 120 inlets. Will a bid item for temporary drainage inlet protection be added to the project bid item list or with which item should this work be included?
