Inquiry #1: The Inertial Profiling Results For Compliance With Standard Specs report included in the Informational Handouts indicates 3 pages but the third page has no information and the bottom of the second page is cut off mid paragraph so there is clearly missing information. Inquiry #2: Is the contractor required to cold plane the existing pavement, and pave asphalt over the cold planed area in the same shift? If not, please specify the duration in which cars can run on a ground surface.

Response #2:Yes, before the lane is opened to traffic, contractor is required to cold plane and pave at the same shift, per Section 39-3.04A of 2018 SS.

Inquiry #5: The Proval files shown for the project are depicting 800 +/- grind areas, and it does not seem possible to achieve this improvement with only 6 days of pre-pave grinding. Will the State please consider increasing the number of shifts of pre-pave grinding?
