Inquiry #2: What is Bid Item #7 used for? The pay is for 4 days of use of one machine, but there is more working days than 4 where this machine would be necessary. Please clarify.

The item unit is "EA". We assumed 1 device will be used at each end of the 2 project segments (PM 7.1/ 9.1 & PM 16.1/19.7), totaling 4 devices.
