Inquiry #2: Can a contractor with only a C-10 license bid this job as a prime contractor?
Inquiry submitted 11/18/2022

Response #1:Submitted for consideration.
Response posted 12/07/2022

Response #2:No, only 7.58% of the work can be performed with a C-10 License only. Please bid per current contract documents.
Response posted 12/07/2022

Inquiry #3: Does the department anticipate pushing this job to bid after the holiday? The current bid date will make the post-bid paperwork due right after the December 26th Christmas holiday. Firms will likely be short –staffed and possibly even closed for the holiday week, making it difficult to obtain written DBE confirmations. Please consider a bid date change giving contractors the proper amount of time to submit responsive post-bid paperwork.
Inquiry submitted 12/09/2022

Response #1:Submitted for consideration.
Response posted 12/12/2022

Response #2:No, the Department is not considering moving the date beyond the holidays and new year and will maintain the current bid open date of 12-22-2022.
