Inquiry #5: The Erosion Control Quantities on Sheet ECQ-1 (sheet 20 of 23) calls for 40,000 SF of Hydroseed and Hydromulch, 29 CY or Compost to be incorporated, and 1,200 LF of Fiber Rolls to be placed in the area shown on Sheet EC-2.

There is no vehicle or equipment access to this location and materials would have to be flown in. The 29 CY of Compost identified is a large quantity to have to incorporate by hand. Additionally, observations made during the mandatory job site showing show this area to be predominantly covered in large rocks, rocks large enough to be difficult to move by hand.

This work would be difficult and at significant cost with little to no benefit as the disturbance will be minimal, predominantly caused by foot traffic. Please confirm if the quantities of materials shown are anticipated to actually be placed.
