Inquiry #1: What are the ramp closure requirements/restrictions for the Curtner and Capital Expressway off-ramps? The detours and charts provided in the current project documents only provide information for the on-ramps. Please provide the necessary information.

Inquiry #2: On Page one of the project plans the State shows 4 locations of environmentally Sensitive areas, but in the plans there is no call out for ESA Fence or locations of were the ESA areas are at on the project other then the overview plan on page 1.
is it the states intent not to delineate or fence the ESA locations on this project?

Response #1:ESA areas will not be delineated with ESA fence. ESA area South of Capitol Expressway on the South bound route 87 will be delineated per quantity sheet Q-1 (delineator class 1).

Inquiry #4: In the project Specs in the freeway lane requirements Charts the state only provides the closure work windows for the onramps and didn't provide closure working windows for the off ramps at Curtner Ave and Capitol Expressway on page 11, can the state please provide the additional information need for the off ramp closure working windows.

Inquiry #5: The lane closure charts show work is allowed 7 days per week but the noise exemption in Section 14-8.02 of the Specials is only Monday through Friday and no work > 86 dBA is allowed on Saturday and Sunday, is this an over-site by the State?
