Inquiry #2: Section 14-12.05 requires a Diversion and Dewatering plan in conformance with the Central Coast Regional Water Quality Control Board’s regulations and PLACs included in the information handout.
Temporary Creek Diversion Systems are not included in the Plan Sheets.
Is a Temporary Creek Diversion required or anticipated, and if so, how is payment made for the Temporary Creek Diversion work?

Response #1:Refer to Section 5-1.01, Section 9-1.03, and the contract PLACs.

A Temporary Creek Diversion is anticipated to complete the work and, per the specifications referenced, payment is included in the bid items involved.
