The quantity for bid item 69, anti-graffiti coating, is correct. Refer to Notes #3 and #10 on sheet 50 of 64 of the contract plans. Per Note #3, anti-graffiti coating is shown for exposed smooth concrete surfaces on the wingwalls and abutment faces. Per Note #10, anti-graffiti coating is also shown for the stone masonry bridge rail. Bid per the current contract documents.

Inquiry #3: The bid date is currently Thursday 12/22/22. Some companies will be closed for Christmas on both Friday 12/23/22 and Monday 12/26/22. Due to the close proximity to the Christmas holiday weekend, we request that the bid date be extended at least one week.
