Inquiry #3: Section 49-1.03 states that "wet method may be required" for the soldier piles. Section 4.03 has not been modified by the project specifications to allow wet method on soldier piles. Please identify if "wet method" is allowing the use of synthetic slurry to facilitate installation of soldier piles.
