Inquiry #8: Erosion Control Legend/ Sheet ECL-1 shows Compost Sock - Type 2 Installation, but the revised Standard Specs Section 21-2.03Q/ Page 65 of 196 indicated that "Secure compost sock to surface w/ Type 1 installation. Do not construct a furrow". Please advise which type installation is correct.
