Inquiry #2: Plan Sheet TH-1, Traffic Handling Plan shows the temporary barrier system on the ETW. However, the cross section has the temporary barrier system +/- 11 ' off the ETW. Additionally, It appears temporary striping will be needed. Please provide a bid item for this work.

Inquiry #3: ITEM #57, ALTERNATIVE IN-LINE TERMINAL SYSTEM(AILTS), SECTION 83-2.04B:
Plans show the AILTS connecting directly to the 732SW Barrier and 836B Barrier. I don't believe this is correct without a WB-31 Transition.
Doesn't this situation really call for two (2) Alternative Crash Cushion Systems to be installed?

Inquiry #5: ITEMS #57, ALT.IN-LINE TS (AILTS) & #60, CONCRETE BARRIER, TYPE 836B:
Traffic Handling Plan TH-1, 9/49, does not show the construction of the above two Items on the radius from Rte.152 to College Road. Should the indicated hatched construction area be extended to include this work during this stage?

Inquiry #6: Addendum #1 provided temporary traffic pavement delineation quantities on Sheet THQ-1. However, there appears to be no bid item associated with this work. Please confirm which bid item the temporary pavement delineation will be paid under.
