The following are specification references that are include in the Specifications: In accordance with Section 9-1.03, “Payment Scope,” and Section 83-11, “Existing Railings And Barriers,” of the Standard Specifications the bid price for contract item #98 (Remove Crash Cushion), includes full compensation for all work associated with the removal of the existing crash cushions including removing the existing foundations, the bid price for contract item #94 (Alternative Crash Cushion), includes full compensation for all work associated with placing the crash cushions including constructing new foundations.

Inquiry #10: Reference to “Irrigation Quantity (Main Supply Side of Control Valve)” chart shown on sheet IQ-1, the quantity from 2 ½’’ lateral supply side of control valve table (600 feet) is put under 3’’ PVC mainline. This makes quantity of 3’’ PVC mainline under bid form wrong. Mainline quantity is supposed to be 100 feet only. Please clarify.
