Inquiry #1: Traffic Handling Plan TH-2 section A-A shows a 12' traffic lane and a 4' bike lane then k-rail. Retaining Wall plan sheet 52 of 56 shows only a 12' traffic lane with no bike lane. Which drawing is correct?

Response #1:See Section 5-1.02 CONTRACT COMPONENTS of the Standard Specifications to determine which contract component governs in case of discrepancies.
For K-Rail placement, follow Traffic Handling Plan TH-2 as this governs over typical section shown on sheet 52.

Inquiry #2: Structure Plan sheet 52 of 56 shows the k-rail on the centerline which is incorrect. This drawing should be revised to show the k-rail in the correct location at 4' away from centerline according to the Traffic Handling plan TH-2. Will this drawing be revised to avoid confusion?
