Inquiry #2: Would Caltrans be able to allow 2 shifts between grinding and paving? The specification for grinding and paving the same shift would not be possible with detector loop installation the same day also.

Inquiry #3: Would Caltrans allow for the specified flex start by July 15, 2019 instead of June 10, 2019? The specification for a July 15th start would allow 25 work days to complete the work in the PM 47.6 to PM 51.3 section.
