Inquiry #1: Lane closure chart G1 only allows closures of 1 lane, leaving 2 lanes open at all times. In order to re-stripe the freeway to stage 1 configuration, the contractor must be allowed to close 2 adjacent lanes, leaving only 1 lane open or this work will not be able to be completed. Please provide a revised lane closure chart, which includes provisions to close 2 lanes at a time, leaving 1 lane open.
