Inquiry #1: Project plans call for for remove unsound concrete and repair with rapid setting concrete patch are indicated at Elmo Hwy OC, Mendocino OC, Route 166/5 separation, Chinworth St OC, Demaree St. OC, and Conyer St. OC; however quantities of these items are not indicated on the plans and the total quantity for Bid Item's (item 22 and 25) are correct for the other structures where the quantities are indicated. This could cause a undetermined over-run in these bid items, Please issue a new item list with these quantities added to the bid quantities.

Inquiry #2: There does not seem to be a traffic control chart for Location 14, Bridge 46-0242F, W198-N99 Connector (Plaza) OH. Please advise.

Inquiry #3: Page 25 of the Specs states, "For Road 68, Br. NO 46-0265, remove debris as shown. Complete debris removal before starting preparing concrete deck surface work." Per the plans for this location there is no detail or quantity for any preparation of concrete deck surface work. Please advise as to what work is to be done at this location other than remove and dispose of debris and soil along the barriers.
