Inquiry #1: The existing vegetation along the existing GR has really taken over along with a lot of dirt that has piled up. This build up of grass and dirt needs to be removed to be able to get new GR in. I don't see a bid item for clear and grub, is this work accidental to the GR or will Caltrans come out with a clear and grub item?
