Inquiry #4: The PPF files cover a span longer than the limits of the project, therefore it is not possible to know which data applies to this work. There are events in the files, but they are only labeled "Default". Can Caltrans please submit files with labeled events or limits within the project?

Inquiry #5: Per the typical cross sections one section of the road requires a .30' grind and subsequent .30' HMA. Per Section 39 of the standard specifications that would be two lifts of HMA. In turn that would require the contractor to use 1/2" HMA while the rest of the project is using 3/4" HMA. Does Caltrans want the two different sizes and differing binder contents used on the project?
