Inquiry #1: The proposed areas for construction are currently populated with existing native plants which we are being told are either Bromus Grass or Hordeum Murinum. Would these plant species remain to fulfill a purpose of erosion control during the Plant Establishment phase, or is the intent to have these native plants removed from site and thus keeping the land bare.

Inquiry #4: Good Morning,

I misread the fence line at each ICC location. The new fence line (which is marked as x--x--x--x on the plans) at each ICC location seems to be the security enclosure which is called out on sheet LD-1. However, each fence line at the ICC location seems be wider or narrower than the previous. The fence line that seems wider and longer may require more than 90 LF of wrought iron fence. I tried to scale the footage but the scale is off. Please verify if each ICC location requires 90 LF of wrought iron fence. Please provide plans which we can scale the measurements.
