Inquiry #2: Location # 5 - Lemon Overhead - 52-0020L

Plan Sheet 11 of 37 shows that a Mobile Barrier System is to be used for placement of the polyester concrete overlay. The bridge itself is only 3 lanes wide and is not straight (the bridge itself is on a curve, which means the width in any given work zone configuration using the mobile barrier is diminished even further than if the bridge was straight, due to the fact the mobile barrier system does not curve).

This means that there will be no way to place in the middle lane using the mobile barrier system for the polyester concrete operation, given the space the mobile barrier takes up, and the concrete paver width itself. Given that this is instructible using the mobile barrier will the state remove this item from being used for the polyester concrete overlay placement operation?
