Inquiry #1: Location 14 is clearly slope paving. Please remove this from the square foot quantity in stamped concrete and include an item for SLOPE PROTECTION. Stamped concrete and slope paving require completely different means and methods to construct. Leaving location 14 in stamped concrete will unbalance the cost this item.

Inquiry #2: The State's detail LD-2 and LD-3 conflict with each other. The State will need to fix this issue. We will need to know which locations are to be installed as stamped concrete or slope protection.

Inquiry #3: The two typical details for Minor Concrete (stamped concrete) on Sheet LD-3 contradict each other. The first detail is clearly for Slope Paving which is not part of this contract and there is no Bid Item for such. Please clarify that the detail for slope paving does not apply to this contract. Your previous response to bid per contract documents is not acceptable as the work ca not be accurately bid according to both details.
