Inquiry #14: Refer to PQ-1, L3, L-4 and L-5. PQ-1 lists Roadway excavation Type Z-2 as material excavation for areas where minor concrete (stamped) is proposed. Type Z-2 callouts, where excavation is required, are only shown where slope paving (rock cobble) is proposed. There is no designation for ADL soil at locations where stamped concrete is proposed. Either increase the quantity of ADL for bid item 24 or increase quantity for bid item 23 Roadway Excavation to account for excavation at areas of stamped concrete paving and confirm what type of soil will be handled at areas of stamped concrete paving is proposed.

2.What are the limits of the #4 Cont. bars @ 12" at the upper portion of the Slope Paving?
