Inquiry #3: On sheet 7 of plan sheets (Construction Details C-6 ), proposed structural sections
1- .45' LEAN CONCRETE BASE
.45' HMA ( Type A)
.80' CLASS 3 AGGREGATE BASE
The detail seems to be out of order. HMA (TYPE A) will be the final lift / cap course correct? Please clarify.
