Inquiry #9: On Sheet 11, C-2, the #5 rebar Stirrup shown in the Intermediate Footing, is being called out as part of the "Total 4" #5 bars instead of a spacing for the stirrup. It appears there are horizontal bars shown that are on the #5 vertical called out at 16" oc in the Intermediate Footing but there is no size or spacing. Please clarify the "Total 4 #5 bars" in the Intermediate Footing and bottom section.

In the bottom Footing of the same page mentioned above, the stirrups are being called out as #4 and #5 bars. Please clarify.

The stirrup at the bottom footing is #5 @ 16” oc. It is 5 feet long.

The stirrup at the intermediate footing is also #5 @ 16” oc. This stirrup has 4 - #5 bars across the footing at the inside corners of the stirrup.

Inquiry #10: Irrigation Sprinkler Schedule ISS-1 on the addendum 1 shows 18" high galvanized steel pipe riser for pop-up sprinkler assembly. The pop-up riser should not have steel riser. Instead, the pop-up riser should show the height (Maybe 12") and sprinkler protector. Please clarify.
