Inquiry #2: The bid quantity for Item 46 Remove Rivets is 104 EA. We find there to be 208 rivets to be removed (104 at Pier 1 truss catchers Sheet 60 of 67 and 104 at Abutment 2 truss catchers Sheet 64 of 67. Please advise.

Inquiry #3: Section 83-2.08 TUBULAR RAILINGS shows "Paint for galvanized railing must comply with section 59-3." Please clarify if Item 57 - TUBULAR BICYCLE RAILING will be painted or just galvanized finish. Thanks
