Inquiry #3: What components does bid item 57 drip valve assembly include? Does this include flow valve and pressure regulating filter? Note No. 2 on Irrigation Plan IP-8 says that exist flush valve shall be replaced with new flush valve as shown on plan for RCV C-12.
