Inquiry #2: SP Section 20-2.06B(2)(a) shows the controller prices and it says that these prices are good until 2/1/2023. The controllers could be installed after 2/1/2023. Please update the price.

Inquiry #3: Irrigation plans show new and additional control valves, but there are no new control wires shown from the controllers. Are there additional existing control wires available for the additional control valves or should contractor install new control wires from the controllers to the additional control valves?

Inquiry #4: PL-1 legend calls out Roadside Clearing to "Remove dead or dying groundcover, shrubs, and trees. All existing weeds to be removed.", but in areas such as in PP-10 where carpobrotus edulis are to be planted contains existing mulch. Is the mulch to be removed and disposed of?
