Inquiry #1: Good morning. On sheet 14 PD-1 the detail for the detail 25 modified shows 6" yellow tape with 2" paint (2-coat) contrast striping. The bid items call out for 6" yellow tape with contrast. there is no item for paint contrast striping. is Caltrans intention for the detail 25 Mod to have tape contrast or paint contrast? Same question for Detail 27B.
