Inquiry #7: Refer to irrigation plans, new wire symbol is shown along the existing mainline for existing remote control valves at multiple locations. Please clarify if contractor needs to install new wires for existing remote control valves.

Response #2:All new remote control valves are to be located next to existing RCVs. New wire symbol is being run to all new remote control valves. Existing remote control valves do not need new wire. Bid per contract plans.

Inquiry #8: Refer to irrigation plans sheet IP-5, IP-6, IP-15, IP-17, IP-19, no wire conduits or sleeves are shown at some locations that new wires shall be installed along existing mainline under existing pavement (rock blanket, paver) or existing roadway. Please confirm that contractor can utilize existing sleeves or conduits for new wires at these locations if they are available.
